The catalytic converter features a honeycomb design embedded with precious metals (palladium, rhodium and platinum). These materials work to reduce exhaust pollutants, such as carbon monoxide and unburned hydrocarbons, into non-toxic carbon dioxide and water vapour.

This kit is required for installing on the Carbon Silencer Slip-On Kit S-D10SO7-HZC to gain EC type-approval.
