The Akrapovic Titanium Silencer Stainless 2-1 System S-Y7R12-APT is the ideal exhaust upgrade for Yamaha motorcycles, providing enhanced performance, a captivating aesthetic, and the iconic Akrapovic deep exhaust tone.

Race-grade elements and meticulous engineering have been combined to yield a system that boosts your riding experience. High-grade titanium alloy is used for both the sleeve and end cap of the muffler, providing lightweight durability. The link pipe and headers are fabricated from stainless steel, resulting in a 3kg reduction compared to the stock components. As a special design feature, the muffler is discreetly located under the chassis and the resonator is tucked away beneath the lower fairings, exiting to the right side, creating a seamless visual effect. For extra safeguards, a carbon fibre heat shield that is inspired by the R6 and R1 lines is added.

The combination of advanced materials, precise design, and streamlined weight creates a powerful package with impressive performance benefits, including a 5.9hp (4.3kW) boost at 9,700rpm and an extra 2.9Nm at 5,500rpm. Plus, the classic Akrapovic exhaust tone provides a thrilling, authentically-racing sound.

This system is designed solely for use on racetracks and closed-course circuits, as the open version of the system is not equipped with a catalytic converter. Therefore, a noise insert is provided. Note that this system is not suitable for public roadways or highways.

Removal of the pillion footrests is possible with the Optional Aluminium Hanger Bracket P-MBY7R4, which is designed for mounting the system.
